1. Eligibility (Strict 18+ Rule)

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use this platform. Providing false date of birth or age information is grounds for immediate termination of your account without refund.

2. User Conduct & Harassment Prohibition

You agree not to engage in harassment, extortion, bullying, transmission of unsolicited explicit material, hate speech, or illegal activities. Violations result in immediate suspension, blocking, and potential referral to law enforcement.

3. Wallet, Credits, and Call Billing

Wallet credits are used to pay for voice and video call minutes with hosts. You are charged only for connected minutes calculated server-authoritatively by the backend. Wallet credits are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Host & Creator Terms

Hosts act as independent creators. Hosts agree to maintain respectful, compliant behavior during calls. Commission splits and payout rules are governed by platform settings and require valid identity verification.
