1. Information We Collect

We collect information provided directly by you when creating an account, including name, email address, phone number, age, gender, interests, and profile photos. For hosts, identity verification documents (Government ID and selfie) are collected for safety compliance.

2. Real-Time Calling & WebRTC Media Privacy

Voice and video communications on Amore utilize peer-to-peer WebRTC technology encrypted via DTLS-SRTP. Media streams flow directly between participants’ devices without audio or video recording by our servers. We log only the metadata required for billing: start time, end time, duration in seconds, and participating user IDs.

3. Financial & Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed via regulated third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree). We never store complete credit card numbers or UPI MPINs on our servers.

4. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You have the right to edit or delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your photos, chat history, and active sessions will be permanently purged from the platform.
